The ability of your MP3 player to support multiple file formats and multiple sampling rates is a very important factor to consider when purchasing an MP3 player. Can your MP3 player support WAV files? Can your MP3 player support high sampling rates? If your MP3 player supports several file formats then that would be great. If your MP3 player strictly plays MP3 files only then make sure that you are downloading MP3 files that will run on your MP3 player. If you download other formats then you may waste a significant amount of space in your MP3 memory. If you are industrious enough then you can convert the files on your personal computer first before loading them on to your MP3 player.
